We accept all major credit cards. Before your cleaning a hold will be placed on your card, then it will be charged after your cleaning is completed. 

We use an industry leading payment processor called Stripe which has 256-bit SSL encryption.

Unfortunately we do not accept cash.

We strive to handle all situations fairly and appropriately so that our customers know they can rest easy when they book our services.

If such a situation occurs then you must contact us within 48 hours of the service. One of our specialists will make sure to resolve the claim as soon as possible.

Yes, if you prefer the cleaners to use green eco friendly products then please put that on your booking notes and the cleaners will be happy to accommodate your request.

  • You or someone else can be home to let them in.
  • You can leave a key under the mat.
  • You can give us a lockbox code.
  • You can leave the door unlocked on the day of the cleaning.

This depends on the size of your home and the type of cleaning that is booked. We will typically send between 1 - 6 cleaners. 

If you prefer a certain number of cleaners only then we can make a note of that on your booking and accommodate this request.

Yes they can for an additional fee depending on what you need done.

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you're not completely happy, let us know within 48 hours, and we'll gladly re-clean at no extra cost. While we can't offer refunds after a completed cleaning, we're committed to making things right. If your home requires more time or a higher price than estimated and you choose not to approve, our team will do their best within the original scope, but a return visit won’t be included.

Deep cleaning is a detailed service that goes beyond regular surface cleaning, targeting hard-to-reach areas and thoroughly sanitizing all surfaces in your home. Our deep cleaning service covers every room, including bedrooms, living areas, bathrooms, and kitchens, using high-quality products for outstanding results. With our experienced team handling the work, you can sit back and enjoy a spotless, refreshed living space

For safety reasons, our cleaners don’t use ladders, even if provided. However, they can use a small step stool (2-3 steps)if you supply one. If an area isn't reachable from a step stool, they won’t be able to clean it. Please mention any high-area cleaning requests and whether you'll provide a step stool in your booking instructions.

Yes, our cleaners are happy to do laundry, dishes, and more upon request! Just keep in mind, for laundry, the machines must be inside your home, and you’ll need to provide the detergent.

Just make sure the cleaners have access to your home. If they can't get in, you'll be charged according to our cancellation policy. We also recommend a quick walkthrough with the cleaners at the end to ensure you're fully satisfied!

Absolutely! We are fully licensed and insured, with 7 figures of coverage to ensure your peace of mind and protection while we work in your home.

If your home is deemed hazardous or in extreme condition, our cleaners have the right to walk away, and you’ll be charged according to our cancellation policy. For hoarding cleanings, we typically offer hourly service and may adjust the price based on the condition. Please note, our cleaners cannot handle biohazardous materials like poop, blood, etc.

Absolutely! We know how important it is to have a trusted cleaner who knows your home. We'll always assign the same cleaner for each visit to keep things consistent and personal!

When you book, we reserve that time exclusively for you, which means cancellations can impact our cleaner's schedule. To help with this, we charge a $50 cancellation fee for all bookings. For same-day cancellations, the fee increases to $80.
